Customer came to us with damaged V-Rollers of a conveyor belt. We custom made 14 sets of new rollers out of 6” dia. 6061T bar stock. Cut 1 ft. long blanks and turned them down on an engine lathe.
Customer needed a tool to repair damaged threads on a pumping unit used to pump fracking material. We designed and custom made tool that is used to repair threads.
Customer needed a tool made to allow folks working in the field to install seal insert. Tools were made on an engine lathe in sizes 3”, 4”, 5”, and 6”, out of 6061T Aluminum bar stock. They were black anodized to help reduce wear.
